The contract relates to the execution of the works necessary for the realization of building rehabilitation complex "Former Salesian College" in the municipality of Castel S. Nicholas in the province of Arezzo. The contracting entity, the company Arezzo House, has entrusted this work to COEDIL SUD recovery currently under execution. The "College", an imposing eighteenth-century structure located in a panoramic location just above the town, was once used as the first seminary of the Jesuits, the Salesians, and then finally by the Diocese of Fiesole. At the end of the current work will be used by public residential purposes.
