WORK OF CONSOLIDATION AND RESTORATION OF THE SEMINAR IN ROUND AND RECOVERY DELL'ELEPHAS ANTIQUUS

Work on the restoration of the Seminar COEDIL SUD commissioned in 1993 by the City of Round were completed along with the recovery of findings dell'Elephas antiquus done together with experts and accredited paleontologists and technicians. The remains dell'Elephas italicus antiquus (Middle-Upper Pleistocene) are currently housed at the Natural History Museum of Pollino, where there is a collection consisting of other paleontological fossils found in the basin of the valley of the Mercure.
